ZUES Build Corporation is an interdisciplinary design and build company founded by Ar. Kathleen Esperanza and Ar. Jerzy Zuñiga on February 01, 2023. Our company is a 100% Filipino-owned Stock Corporation duly registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (Philippines). We are committed to providing excellent technical assistance based on professional practices and new technologies and innovations. Our areas of expertise include architecture, site planning, interior design, engineering, electronics and intercom systems, and general building construction. We exhibit our team of competent and efficient project designers—architects and engineers, project managers and supervisors, and multi-skilled workers–who are solely committed to doing the best quality work from designing to building, respectively.
