Our founders are architects and master plumbers with certificates and licenses from the Philippine Professional Regulation Commission (PRC). They both hold a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from Mapúa Malayan Colleges Laguna as dean's listers and academic scholars.

After graduating, architects Kathleen and Jerzy started their careers as AutoCAD and Revit operators/drafting technicians for different businesses and gradually became architectural designers. They have collaborated with licensed architects, engineers, contractors, and developers nationwide. Our founders demonstrated extensive expertise in overseeing construction sites, managing projects, and coordinating construction works. Additionally, they have been responsible for architectural planning, designing, and construction. They were responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction, including work divisions, systems, and protocols, to ensure the successful completion of both public and private structures.

ZUES Build Corporation was founded by architects Jerzy and Kathleen to nurture and expand structures' architectural and engineering design and the quality of people's lives while conserving the environment, our culture, and the country's history.
